North Olmsted Garden Club’s 75th annual Flower & Garden Show set for Aug. 26

A cottage garden favourite, chrysanthemums come in numerous shades and smell lovely. Their symbolism of rebirth makes them a great gift for any occasion.

Daisy

With a warm colour palette, daisies are model spring flowers – you can find them in our Dancing in Daisies and Springtime’s Here bouquets. They also look beautiful with tulips and alstroemeria in wedding floral arrangements.

North Olmsted Garden Club’s 75th annual Flower & Garden Show will be Aug. 26, in conjunction with the North Olmsted Homecoming festival.

The show will be held in the Community Cabin at 28114 Lorain Road.

Entries of flowers, vegetables, and container grown plants can be brought to the cabin between 9 and 11 a.m.  After judging, the show is open to the public from 1 to 7 p.m.  For more information, visit the club’s Facebook or email n.o.gardenclub1945@gmail.com.
