Green. Vegetable gardening lessons start again at MuBAJ – Municipality of Milan

Milan, March 13 2024 – Learn consciously to take care of plants with free theoretical and practical gardening and vegetable gardening lessons. At the Aurelia Josz Botanical Museum (MuBAJ) the course to learn the secrets of botany has restarted.

“From the windowsill to the city” is divided into monthly meetings in which we discuss environmental issues, horticultural techniques, practices for the well-being of the environment:

• il 17th April you will learn to recognize stems, tubers, leaves;
• il 22st May to reproduce flowers by cutting;
• il 19nd June composting, compost tea and macerates will be studied;
• il September 18th the course will focus on insects that are useful and harmful to plants;
• il 23 October you will learn to reproduce exotic plants;
• il 20th November participants will be guided to rediscover fruit trees;
• finally the 18th December, in the final lesson, flowers, fruits and trees will be portrayed through botanical watercolor techniques.
