TROY – Got spring fever? The Capital Region Flower & Garden Expo once again held its three-day expo at the HVCC McDonough Sports Complex in Troy. From Friday, March 22-Sunday, March 24, visitors were able to smell the beautiful flower arrangements and checked out the many floral displays, outdoor exhibits, plants, outdoor decor and more just in time during the first week of spring.
