She suggested that spraying your plants and pots with milk wards off the fungal disease.
“This cheap and easy gardening hack is amazing and I can’t believe I’ve gatekept this for so long.
“Especially if you have aphids or powdery mildew in your garden, this is going to change the game for you.

“Add one part full-fat milk, one part water, put it into a spray bottle, spray it all over your plants.
“If you do it consecutively on aphids for a number of days, the aphids will actually suffocate from the fat in the milk and it also adds protein, calcium.”
