It’s been a big couple of years for Little Prince of Oregon Nursery, which saw its profits skyrocket during the COVID-19 surge of interest in all things plants.

And the Aurora-based grower — its logo is a frog wearing a crown — has added a true gem, taking over the Winter Jewels series of hellebores painstakingly created and propagated by Marietta and Ernie O’Byrne of Eugene, who have retired.
