Though, he notes, “The flowers we often call geraniums are actually pelargonium, still beautiful,” and still easy to care for. “Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds, they’re great for mixed gardens and containers. Plant them in full sun and keep withered blooms picked off for more flowers.”
