
PLAISTOW —Plaistow Historical Society is pleased to present a free discussion-based program exploring techniques to help folks interested in living a more self-sustaining lifestyle.
Homesteading is a way of life that promotes self-sufficient living that includes vegetable gardening, raising backyard chickens, food preservation, and much more. This interactive discussion will be led by members of the newly-founded Homesteading Preservation Society, whose mission is to strengthen our community through the art of homesteading. Come listen, learn, and share.
The free program will be held on Wed., January 10 from 6-8 p.m. at the Plaistow Historical Society, 127 Main Street, Plaistow.
